Do you charge for edits?
We do not charge for edits for our digitized design unless there are any major changes.
How do I request a quote?
You can request a quote at order@digitizingart.com which is free of charge.
How will I get my digitized design back?
You will receive your design back at your same email-id from which you have placed your order or the preferred email-id in your order.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 12-24 hours. Same day service also available.
Which is the acceptable format of artwork?
The acceptable formats of artwork are jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. Our favorite is the jpg format. If you have a format other than the above common listed formats here, send it anyway we are good at this.
What embroidery format can you deliver?
We deliver Tajima DST, Wilcom EMB, Ethos ISI, Wings MLS, Barudan FMC, DOS EXP, Toyota, Pfaff, and ZSK, cnd, fdr, dst, 100, t09, ksm, bar, 0oo, dsz, .pes, Pulse POF PXF, Compucon REF XXX.

How do you ensure the quality?
Our digitizers have more than 10 years experience. Our QC team rules out all the possible defects that can occur in colour changes, trims, densities, push and pull compensation, underlay etc, thus ensuring good quality and smooth running on machine. We sew out each design for smooth production and a scanned copy of this sample is also sent to you with your design.
